1. Who is responsible?
PackVerity provides PackVerity. For privacy questions, contact us via support.
2. Website and early-access form
This PackVerity website does not include first-party analytics or advertising trackers by default. If you submit the early-access form, we process the name and email address you provide and, if supplied, your store URL, country, current packaging-data workflow and message. We use this information only to assess interest in PackVerity and contact you about early access. The form is processed on Cloudflare and delivered to our verified inbox; we do not use it to subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.
3. Future purchase and payment through Freemius
Paid checkout is not currently open. When it opens, PackVerity plans to use Freemius for checkout, payment, invoicing, license management and software updates. At that point Freemius will process information needed to complete the transaction, including contact and billing details, under its own terms and privacy information.
4. License activation and updates
When activating a paid PackVerity license and during update checks, license and technical site data may be sent to Freemius, such as the license key, website URL and relevant software versions. This is needed for activation management and premium updates.
5. Support
When you request support, we process the information you provide to answer your question, investigate technical issues and maintain support history. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
6. Retention and rights
Early-access submissions are retained in our email inbox only as long as reasonably needed for demand validation, launch contact and related correspondence. Other personal data is not kept longer than needed for the purposes described, legal obligations and dispute handling. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing.
7. External privacy terms
For data Freemius processes as an independent controller or Merchant of Record, Freemius' own privacy and service terms also apply.
